About Us

Founded in 2004, Cambodian Children’s Fund provides life-changing education, nourishment & healing to vulnerable children from some of Cambodia’s most destitute communities. In the beginning, our world revolved around the health & well-being of 87 youngsters. Today we care for more than 1,200 children & extend our services to provide for their families & communities in crisis.

Our Program

  • Education
For the children of the Steung Meanchey area, education is their lifeline out of poverty. Education, more than any other factor, can provide hope, opportunity and security. With a solid education, the possibilities are endless, and that's why it is our greatest priority at CCF.  90ADFDA2 6B5E 11E2 A470 12314000C811

Childcare

Tragically, a life of extreme poverty often goes hand-in-hand with extreme social problems, such as violence, alcoholism and substance abuse, making it impossible for little ones to live at home with their parents. For us to provide the best possible physical and emotional care, we occasionally have to remove children from high-risk, dangerous situations.  F9E46C44 6B5D 11E2 A522 123141053E9B

Healthcare

Most of us enjoy the luxury of taking our good health for granted, & when we are ill we simply book in to see our family doctor. Not for the impoverished people of Steung Meanchey. In Cambodia a health problem can spell disaster for a poor family. Already struggling to make ends meet, a trip to the doctor, or worse, a stay in hospital, can plunge a family into debt for a lifetime. Community Outreach

When we began, our world revolved around 45 youngsters. Today we care for more than 700 children, and we've extended our services to provide for their families and communities in crisis.  6CFF76A6 6B5E 11E2 B0FB 123141053E9B

Vocational Training

As our students complete their formal education, we focus on their futures and careers through our Vocational Training Program. The program aims to channel students into their area of interest, so that the career they choose best suits their personality. The skills they learn will set them up to become self-sufficient and independent.  898501C4 6B5E 11E2 8CBA 123141053E9B
